Can I do this myself?

Yes, you can. You will need to employ an architect, consultants and pay all of the planning fees (including any appeal costs). By using our expertise, you are choosing the no-risk, no-cost option. We have good relationships with architects and consultants and we will cover the cost of all the planning fees.

Will I need to provide any information?

We’ll only require information regarding the ownership of the land. We deal with neighbours, parish councils and the planning teams.

What happens if planning permission is not granted?

Nothing. Even though we’ve dealt with the planning application process, you will not owe us any money, and you will have peace of mind that you have explored all avenues.

What happens if planning is granted? Can I sell the land?

We have the option to purchase your land at a pre-agreed rate, limited to a maximum of 3 years. If we don’t complete in 3 years, no further action is taken, and you are free to sell the land to someone else.

What if I don’t own my land?

You must have the legal right to sell your land to use this service.

Can I control what happens to the land once you’ve purchased it?

We understand that your land should be treated with respect, and it will be. All our designs are completely in context with their surroundings and appropriate to the area and you’ll be consulted during the entire design process.
